A. SELLING
All members can enjoy an outright discount of 22% for every purchase of Milk & Co. products.
B. NETWORKING
Sharing the business with other people gives you the leverage to earn more. Here's how:
FASHION CONSULTANT (FC)
Earning Package
a. Personal Sales = 22% Basic Discount on all items.
b. Recruitment Incentive = Share the business to at least two (2) FCs (paid the registration fee) in a month and receive Php 100 for every recruit.
c. Sales Rebates = Fashion Consultant who share the business to another Fashion Consultant can earn additional rebates based on Gross Direct Group Paid Sales (GDGPS). FC should have at least P 5,000 GDGPS within one month to qualify. However, effectivity will be on the next month after achieving sales quota required. Sales of qualified FC receiving sales rebates shall no longer be included as part of your GDGPS for the month.

MILK & CO. CATEGORIZED FASHION DIRECTOR INTO TWO (2) LEVELS
FASHION DIRECTOR (FD)
To become a Fashion Director, FC should have as least Php 50,000 Gross Group Paid Sales in two calendar months in order to be promoted to FASHION DIRECTOR.
Earning Package
a. Personal Sales = 22% Basic discount on all items.
b. Sales Rebates = based on total Gross Group Paid Sales (GDGPS) of Fashion Consultants within the calendar month. Effectivity will be on the next month after achieving the sales quota required.
c. Lifetime Royalty Bonus (LRB) = 2% LRB shall be given up to her second (2nd) level of promoted FD provided her monthly group sales is at least Php 5,000.
d. Recruitment Incentives = same as FC.

SENIOR FASHION DIRECTOR (SFD)
To become a Senior Fashion Director, FC should at least have Php 100,000 Gross Group Paid Sales in two (2) calendar months.
Earning Package
a. Personal Sales = 22% Basic Discount on all items.
b. Sales Rebates = based on total Gross Group Paid Sales (GGPS) of Fashion Consultants within the calendar month. Effectivity will be on the next month after achieving the sales quota required.
c. Lifetime Royalty Bonus (LRB) = 2% LRB shall be given up to her second (2nd) level of promoted FD provided her monthly group sales is as least Php 5,000.
d. Recruitment Incentives = same as FC.
CREDIT TERMS:
Fashion Consultants = up to 37 days
Fashion Director / Sr. Fashion Director = up to 60 days
Provided that purchases made through credits terms are supported with Post Dated check.
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER:
a. Properly filled-up Member's Information Sheet (MIS) with 1x1 latest ID picture.
