Problem in Loading Credits to my Load.com Prepaid Loading Account and problem with Smart money customer service assistance

There's a problem with Load.com's system. I do not know what is keeping them so long in taking some action with just so little concern. My concern started last 28th of September, I used LOAD17 as a way to load credits to my account, but SmartMoney did not send me a confirmation number so I called the customer assistance hotline, but to my disappointment, everytime i verify my transactions with Smart money, they give me different reference numbers. I do not why, but after the nth time of verifying, I finally got the same verification of the refence number from two different CSR's. Now back to LOAD.COM...when finally I got the right reference numbers, and called them again for the nth time, the other day, I still have not received any positive action! The problem is so simple, but not even a single text or email from them why and what's keeping them so long to TAKE ACTION! If I am a bitch I would have yelled at their CSR!
